SOVIET UNIFORM M88

Developed and issued by the Soviet Army in the early 1980s, this uniform is still in use today in some Post-Soviet states, with numerous variants. The term Afghanka, an unofficial slang term in Russian for the uniform, originated from its widespread use during the Soviet–Afghan War. The cold-weather neck collar can be removed as needed.
